The short version
We collect only what we need to schedule and complete your service call. We never sell your information, we don’t run advertising trackers on this site, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
What we collect
When you call us or use the callback form on this website, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number, and email address, if you provide one
- The service address and town
- A description of the problem, and any photos you choose to send
- Appointment history, quotes, and invoices for work we perform
We do not collect payment card numbers through this website. Payments are taken in person or through a secure processor at the time of service.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Call you back, schedule an appointment, and send arrival notices
- Prepare quotes and invoices and keep warranty records
- Pull permits that state law requires for certain plumbing and gas work
- Send an annual maintenance reminder, only if you ask us to
Who we share it with
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only when needed to do the job:
- With your town’s building or plumbing inspector when a permit is required
- With equipment manufacturers to register a warranty on your behalf
- With the service providers who run our phone, scheduling, and invoicing systems, who may use it only for that purpose
- When the law requires it
Cookies & analytics
This website doesn’t use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. It stores one small setting in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation only plays once per visit. That setting disappears when you close the tab.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for up to seven years for warranty, tax, and permit purposes. Callback requests that don’t turn into a job are deleted within 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Call the shop at (781) 555-0147 and we’ll take care of it within 30 days. Some job records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
Customer records are stored in access-controlled business systems, and only staff who need them for your job can see them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Questions? Call us — a real person will answer.
